Pre-departure Cultural Performance of CPYs 07

After a two-month pre-departure training, Cambodian Participating Youths to the Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP) 2007 will show their performance on Monday, October 15th, 2007 from 4-7p.m. at Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC). For more information, please click here.

Announcement

CDRI is seeking two volunteers to assist with dailry work in its Publishing Department. Each volunteer should be able to work for a minimum of 4 hours per day.

Qualifications:

1. Cambodian National
2. Three years of university study completed, preferably in the field of economics and/or English
3. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
4. Good personality
5. Good computer skilss in Words and Excel programs
6. Willing to do all kinds of work as needed in the Publishing Department.

Those who are willing to volunteer please submit their CV to Administrative Department by 28th September 2007.

IFL Culture Day and New Year Celebration, April 7

This year's Culture Day and New Year Celebration at IFL was no different from other years, starting early in the morning and ending late in the evening. Students cultural awareness subconsciously gained from each year's event is enormous, I must say. Our students have been the most active and outstanding when it comes to involvement in int'l exchanges and interactions with the int'l community. It also brings about talents that we might not expect!! From dancing, to playing flutes and keyboards, to singing, to composing skits and performing them, and even to organizing the event, the skills are instilled, triggered, and encouraged from year to year.
