1. Despite the border clashes, Cambodia and Thailand have agreed to waive visa requirements for each other's citizens, which will start from next year on. This agreement was made as a mark of the 60th year anniversary of their diplomatic relations. [I guess diplomacy is about being hypocritical]
2. PM: Cambodia is to host ASEAN summit in 2012. The new building being built next to the Council of Ministers will be used for the summit. The building will be opened and ready in November 2010.
3. The Mu Sochua case and some other recent and similar cases have sparked the UN to appeal to the RGC to respect freedom of speech - a "free speech obligation".
